The process to clean porcelain floors:
1. We will apply an alkaline cleaner to the entire surface.
2. All areas close to the baseboard will be scrubbed by hand, and the rest of the floor will be scrubbed with specialized equipment.
3. We will then rinse the floors with extraction equipment to ensure all the cleaner has been removed.
4. We will then dry the floors completely with towels.
5. We can also do repairs to the grout at this point, though extra charges may apply.
6. Finally, we will apply a water-based penetrating sealer to the grout, which will take approximately half an hour to dry.
